This Shipping Policy outlines the terms governing shipment and delivery of products purchased from Verdanté (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current shipping information at checkout, including full name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state/province, postal code, and country.

Verdanté is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details provided by the customer.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment authorization.

Processing includes order verification, fraud screening, quality control, packaging, and dispatch preparation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.


3. Estimated Shipping Timeframe

Estimated delivery time ranges between 10 to 20 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking updates may require several business days to activate, especially for international shipments. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking activity and contacting the carrier directly when necessary.


5. Delivery Confirmation & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Carrier confirmation of delivery — including tracking confirmation, delivery scan, GPS confirmation, or photographic proof where available — constitutes valid proof of delivery.

Verdanté is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


6. Delivery Attempts & Recipient Availability

Customers must ensure availability to receive the package.

If delivery attempts fail, the carrier may:

  • Attempt redelivery;
  • Hold the package at a local facility for a limited period;
  • Return the package to sender.

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or non-collection, reshipment will require payment of a new shipping fee.


7. Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery

Orders returned due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect are not eligible for automatic refunds.

If a refund is granted at our discretion, original shipping fees and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.


8. Customs, Duties & International Shipments

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may apply according to local regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.


9. Split Shipments

Products may ship from multiple warehouses. Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately with individual tracking numbers.


10. Lost Packages

A package will only be considered lost if officially declared lost by the shipping carrier.

Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days of the last tracking update.


11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.


12. Acceptance of Shipping Terms

By placing an order with Verdanté you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy.
